lonny reed, p.e.

Lonny brings 27 years of rich experience in civil project design and engineering. He genuinely enjoys collaborating with clients and teams, proactively tackling challenges that help simplify processes. Lonny consistently exceeds expectations by recognizing that a project extends beyond design, permitting, and construction. He understands that it will be utilized and cherished by countless individuals for generations to come. This forward-thinking approach truly sets him apart in our field.

Outside of work, he loves camping, fishing, mountain biking and spending quality time tinkering with classic Fords alongside his family.

Vice President

cal johnson, p.e.

With 10 years of experience in civil engineering and design, Cal specializes in connecting the human aspect of a project to the built environment. He takes a triple bottom line approach - not only guiding project design for efficient construction and long-term sustainability but also leading the business with integrity and vision. His focus is on fostering strong relationships, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the success of both his team and the projects they deliver. 

When Cal isn't bringing projects to life, he's taking in life through relationships and nature. You'll find him fly fishing with friends, tackling trails on his mountain bike, or diving into a strategic game with his family. 

Project Manager

jason peterson, p.e.

As a licensed engineer with over 15 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, Jason brings expertise in site design, land development, and septic design.  He ensures projects run smoothly, are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. 

Outside the office you will find him exploring the backcountry on ATVs or riding on his favorite mountain bike trails.

Project Engineer

Clint Childers, E.I.T.

Clint is a graduate from Brigham Young University with 3 years of land development experience. As an engineer-in-training he is pursuing his license as a professional engineer. He is passionate about solving complex problems and delivering high-quality results ahead of schedule.

Outside of work, Clint is an avid soccer fan, enjoys playing both the guitar and piano, and going on adventures with his wife and dog named Legolas.
